DeMist Cottages and River Camp is a family run business that receive guests for more than 20 years already.
Located just outside the town of Patensie on a working farm, we are right in the heart of this world-famous citrus area. Well situated for a night’s stay on your way to or from the UNESCO World Heritage site, The Baviaanskloof alternatively it is also the ideal for a break from life in the City.
You can find us on Google maps but we are 15 km outside town towards the Baviaanskloof and 17 km before you leave the tarmac to hit the gravel road into the kloof.
Please take note : From experience we discovered that in the end less television is more. Not having televison enhance the ultimate experience on the farm and the idea of getting away from everyday life. Therefore, after careful consideration, we decided to have no television sets in our self-catering cottages.
